Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 August 2026. This policy explains what personal data GROWXIA collects, why, and what rights you have.

1. Who we are

GROWXIA operates the website growxia.com and offers website design, app development, SEO and automation services. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@growxia.com.

2. Data we collect

Contact form. Name, email address, the service you select and your message. Used only to reply to your enquiry.

Chat assistant. The conversation text, and your name and email address if you choose to share them in the chat. Used to answer you and to follow up about your project.

Newsletter. Your email address, only if you subscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.

Website analytics. Anonymised visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics 4 — only collected after you accept cookies in the consent banner.

3. Why we collect it

We process your data to respond to enquiries (legitimate interest), to send lead notifications to our team, and to send the newsletter you requested (consent). We never sell your data and never use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Who we share it with

Brevo (Sendinblue) — email delivery and contact lists, based in the EU.

Vercel — website hosting and server logs.

Google — analytics, only with your consent. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — only if you contact us through Instagram.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept while they are relevant to the project and then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained by Google for up to 14 months.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you can withdraw consent (for example, unsubscribing) with one click. To exercise any right, email hello@growxia.com.

7. Data deletion instructions

To delete the data we hold about you: send an email to hello@growxia.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the email address you used with us. We will delete your contact, chat history and any stored information within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter yourself using the link in any newsletter email.
