Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

GROWXIA provides website design, web development, mobile apps, AI automations, SEO and digital marketing services. Contact: hello@growxia.com · +353 85 2108 153 · growxia.com.

2. Quotes and contracts

Every project starts with a written quote describing the scope, price and timeline. The quote is valid for 14 days. Work begins when the quote is accepted and the initial payment (if any) is received. Anything outside the quoted scope is quoted separately before we do it — no surprise invoices.

3. Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Maintenance and subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may pause work until settled. All prices are in euros (€) and exclude VAT where applicable.

4. Timelines and delivery

We agree a timeline in writing before starting and keep you updated as we go. Delays caused by missing content, late feedback or third parties may extend the timeline. We deliver what the quote describes — that's the finish line.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds (stated in the quote). Reasonable tweaks within those rounds are free. Additional rounds or new features are quoted separately.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final website, app or design work we create for you. You grant us the right to show the work in our portfolio and marketing (you can request anonymity at any time). We keep ownership of our tools, code libraries and pre-existing materials used to build your project.

7. Your responsibilities

You provide content, access and feedback in reasonable time, and you confirm you have the rights to any material you give us (logos, photos, text). You're responsible for what you publish through the services.

8. Third-party services

Hosting, domains, email, payment providers and third-party tools are contracted in your name or configured by us on your behalf. Their availability and terms are those of each provider; we recommend, configure and maintain, but can't guarantee third-party uptime.

9. Liability

We work to professional standards, but digital work involves risks (SEO changes, third-party changes, platform updates). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or content you publish.

10. Cancellation

Either party can end a project with written notice. You pay for the work completed up to that date. Maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ireland.
